As the name sounds, by now we have already taken you through a 21 year old journey with two distintive words that stand out at every mention of USPS Kenya Limited, SMART PLANET.

From a small repair centre centred on providing a professional and satisfactory experience to our clients, we have grown over time to an all rounded Information and technology hub. As all this unfolds we have been working with a few young people, fresh from collage or university. incorporating there skills if need be while still training them within the company. Personally my childhood experience with anything tech was not pleasant, stewing from a mix of various factors, lack of basic infrastructure, access to anything I.T related computers, smart devices and most importantly the World Wide Web (www). Basically it was the dark ages before the infamous Y2K when the world opened up.

This brings me to the birth of SMART PLANET FOUNDATION. This initiative is to shed light to the children in less fortunate conditions, who lack the basic items/equipment/infrastructure and maybe that one step to move them to a level where they can compete with the rest of the world, as the world is slowly becoming a global village. The trick is to arm these young generation with the required tools of trade. I will take you on a short journey to my home town, where the first initiative will be activated.
